Assure that utilities, mail, etc., are discontinued at former residence and activated at your new home.
Work with your realtor assure that your home is ready to show when it is placed on the market.
Unpack and put away belongings in your new home, creating an organized environment which feels familiar and is ready for you to enjoy.
